Q1. What are Orlando FlexTickets™?

The Orlando FlexTicket™ and Orlando FlexTicket™ Plus are  money-saving, multi-park, multi-day tickets which give unlimited park-to-park access at 5 or 6 of Florida’s leading theme parks for up to fourteen (14) consecutive days.

Q2. What theme parks are included?

The Orlando FlexTicket™ gives unlimited park-to-park access to:

  • Aquatica™
  • Universal Studios Florida®
  • Universal's Islands of Adventure®
  • SeaWorld® Orlando
  • Wet 'n Wild® Orlando

Orlando FlexTicket™ Plus also includes Busch Gardens® Tampa

Q3. How much does it cost?

The Orlando FlexTicket™ offers excellent value for money as it costs less than purchasing individual tickets (based on front gate prices), and offers unlimited use for 14 consecutive days.

Both Orlando FlexTickets™ are available to buy directly from us online or from the majority of ticket agents, travel agents and UK tour operators. Click on Buy tickets for more information.

Q4. Does it cost the same for adults and children?

Child tickets are for children between the ages 3 to 9 and cost less than adult tickets. Infants under 3 are free.

Q5. Is the child age standard across all the parks?

Yes.

Q6. How long is the ticket valid for?

Both the Orlando FlexTicket™ and Orlando FlexTicket™ Plus are valid for 14 consecutive days from the date of first use.

Q7. What restrictions apply? Can it only be used at certain times of day?

The ticket can be used all day, any day at any of the parks included for up to fourteen (14) consecutive days, subject to respective park normal operating times and conditions.

Q8. What are the benefits of the Orlando FlexTicket™?

You can visit all 5 or 6 parks in one day and only pay for parking once. Your evening’s entertainment is also covered with complimentary entrance into Universal CityWalk®, Orlando’s hottest entertainment and dining venue.

With the Orlando FlexTicket™ Plus, you’ll also enjoy free bus transportation to Busch Gardens on the Busch Gardens Shuttle Express. Restrictions may apply. Transportation schedules are subject to availability and may vary.

Both Orlando FlexTickets offer substantial savings on the gate rate of each of the individual attractions, along with many benefits not available with a single day ticket, such as fourteen (14) consecutive days of unlimited park-to-park access. As well as being cheaper to buy, you’ll only have to carry and use one ticket.

Because it offers unlimited park-to-park access, and is valid for 14 consecutive days, the Orlando FlexTicket™ gives you more flexibility and freedom to enjoy the parks, resulting in a more leisurely holiday, visiting the attractions at times that suit you during the regular park operating times.

You can explore all the parks and then go back to your favourites as many times you like within fourteen (14) consecutive days.

Q9. Who is the Orlando FlexTicket™ suitable for?

Because each of the theme parks offer such a diverse range of activities, the Orlando FlexTicket™ is suitable for all ages. There's even something for very young toddlers and children, from feeding the dolphins at SeaWorld® Orlando, to the rides and shows at Woody Woodpecker's KidZone® at Universal Studios®. Even the smallest ones can splash about in their own children's water playground on miniature versions of the adult rides at Wet 'n Wild®!

Q10. Are the parks accessible to guests with disabilities?

The theme parks included in Orlando FlexTicket™ have many features that enable guests with disabilities to fully enjoy the theme park experience.

For Wet 'n Wild® please see below:-

Wet 'n Wild® is pleased to announce the installation of an Aquatic Handicapped Lift on our Wave Pool. This will give increased mobility and enjoyment of the park to our wheelchair bound guests.

Please note however, the nature of a water park requires physical ability to gain both access to the ride and in some cases, to also ride it. As disabilities can range enormously from mild to wheelchair bound, each case should be looked at individually. Please contact Wet 'n Wild directly for further details and information at http://www.wetnwildorlando.com

We can also accommodate a person in a wheelchair on the Busch Gardens Shuttle Express bus. Reservations for the Busch Gardens Shuttle Express can be made on Tel: 001 800 221 1339. When you are making your reservation for this please state your needs and special provisions will be made.

Q11. Is it better to buy your tickets in the USA or the UK?

You can purchase your tickets in the UK in advance prior to your departure, giving you the benefit of pre-planning your holiday budget and itinerary. You may also be able to take advantage of any special offers, exclusive to the UK that may apply at the time. It is generally cheaper to buy Orlando FlexTickets™ in the UK.

Q12. Why do we need to have photo ID in the parks?

You may be asked to show this on entry to the parks. This helps to prevent fraud and also prevents others from using your Orlando FlexTickets if they are lost or stolen. In order to prevent fraudulent use of Orlando FlexTickets we ask that each ticket holder signs the reverse of their ticket and carries photo ID.

Q13. When can I experience all that's new in Orlando?

You will need to buy an Orlando FlexTicket™ Plus to experience all that is new in Orlando and Tampa, Florida.

AquaticaTM is SeaWorld® Orlando’s all new waterpark. Jungala is Busch Gardens® Tampa’s new exotic jungle adventure. Manta at SeaWorld® Orlando and Hollywood Rip Ride RockitSM at Universal Studios® are Orlando’s newest roller coasters.

Q14. Where are the theme parks located?

The theme parks included in the Orlando FlexTicket™ are all conveniently located near to each other. Aquatica, Universal Studios, Universal's Islands of Adventure, SeaWorld Orlando and Wet 'n Wild are all located around International Drive which is the central part of Orlando. Busch Gardens Tampa is just an hour away in Tampa, Florida and you can get there on the FREE Busch Gardens Shuttle Express Bus. Click here to see the locations of the theme parks.
